Biography ​

Education:
Marc Mourier received his formal training in acoustics and tuning at the Tronderlag Conservatory in Norway.

Master of Music from the University of Wisconsin and Doctor of Musical Arts (Cand.) from the University of North Texas (UNT), in addition to advanced studies at the Rubin Academy in Israel under Leonard Bernstein and Claude Abravanel.

Marc Mourier, the Piano Doctor,  has regulated and tuned instruments for symphony orchestras, religious organizations, festivals,  and private consumers,  for over 40 years.  

​Frisco Piano Tuner, along with its sister company, is considered to be one of the most established piano tuning and piano maintenance/repair companies in the DFW Metroplex . . . and serving all of North Texas.

We have recently been named as a "best of 2019 business recipient" by the city of Frisco, TX.

Marc Mourier is the founder of the Dallas Chamber Ensemble and has achieved the status of Master Piano Technician. In addition, Marc has been an ordained organist and minister of music, 

Mr. Mourier was invited as an acoustics counselor when the Fisk organ was built at the Meyerson Symphony Concert Hall.
